Fannie Mae, The Felted Feline

Love cats but don't have time to bother with the responsibilities of cat ownership? I have just the solution for you. How about knitting a felted cat? No kitty litter, no cat hair, not vet bills, and no hair balls. Just good companionship. (She's a really good listener and never talks back.) I have the machine knitting pattern to offer you. It's in .pdf format, 10 pages. There are lots of charts and detailed explanations. I would say it is at an advanced beginner level. Click on the Buy Now button to purchase for $10. I would also accept personal checks. Just email me.

As a bonus, there is an adult or kitty-sized ruffled scarf in the pattern. It is easy to make and curls around your neck without tying to make a snuggly neck-warmer. I have named her Fannie Mae, in honor of our lives and times. (Dubious honor, I'll grant you.) She is made on a bulky machine and no ribber or patterning is required. I think you could make her on a midgauge, but she would just turn out a little smaller. Don't you think she's adorable?

We had our first snow overnight. There's less than a half inch, not requiring plowing or shoveling, but it's staying on the ground. I'm waiting for a giant snowfall. This is kind of wimpy. Maybe I should be careful what I ask for.
